Process training


We are about to implement a new set of Serive Management Procedures. Doe anyone have any tips on training these or any innovative methods for delivering the new processes?

Any help at all would be appreciated.

    Hello all,

    What I am after is some way of dealing with a series of flow charts that describe our processes in some way other than placing them in powerpoint and talking my way through each stage, that will get very boring for everyone very quickly.
    I would normally construct a game where people peice together a process from a set of requirements but this group is not likely to respond well to that approach.
