Procrastination Busting Tips


Are there are items on your 'to do' list that you keep putting off?  Perhaps there's a project that you keep meaning to get started on?   If your procrastination habit is really getting you down, then why not try setting aside a day to work through all those little tasks that are dragging you down and sapping your energy?

Here's some of those little tasks that drain your energy that you could include:-

  • clearing your desk
  • doing a few DIY jobs
  • making a phone call
  • writing a letter or card
  • getting your accounts up to date
  • filing paperwork
  • tidying your email inbox

So why not put a date in the diary for your procrastination busting day and start reclaiming your life?  Once you do you're on your way to getting it done and being able to get on and do whatever you want!

    Thanks Annabel.  I have been looking for that proverbial "kick up the …" and your posting has given it to me.

    I have set aside all next Tuesday as my procrastination busting day.
