Product Review: Registrar Express


Registrar Express is a training administration management software solution, which reports to be easy to use, flexible and designed to manage the corporate training and development function.

Registrar has been written to automate the administrative tasks of training such as processing registrations, scheduling courses and instructors, communicating with trainees and keeping employee training records up-to-date.

Registrar can work from off the shelf or customised to suit individual requirements, by adding, removing or creating your own fields. It also offers suggestions as to the type of data you may wish to collect about employees and the courses that are run.

Registrar can manage the administration for various training events such as in-house seminars, workshops, self-paced training, CBT training, certification training, etc.

Trainees can be registered onto courses and then instantly tracked, through enrolment, waiting lists, cancellations and course completions.

Courses can be set up, register trainees, move delegates between courses, make changes to course dates and update training records. Checks on registrations can also be made, notifying against full courses, if a delegate has a time conflict or has taken the course before or does not meet specified requirements.
