ENTO delivers training on Professional Discussion for S/NVQs

Yes, ENTO (the standard setting body for Learning and Development and other workplace-based learning standards) delivers half day courses on Professional Discussion (and other S/NVQ-related topics). This is offered through The Learning Network, ENTO’s organisation for S/NVQ assessors and verifiers. Members have to pay for most courses, but sometimes free CPD workshops are available to them.
The Learning Network also has a good website, including excellent on-line discussions, available to members. This enables members to ask questions about all aspects of assessment and verification, especially in relation to the awards ENTO supports, and to get answers either from ENTO advisers or other members or both. I have been a member for a number of years, and find it very worthwhile.
