Project name

default-16x9

We have just launched a new project to improve the culture and working environment within our contact centre. We now need a name for it. It must convey the idea that this project is all about the staff and how to improve their working life. Normally, we would approach the staff themselves for ideas but we have done this several times previously and I think the staff are becoming resistant to this approach

I'm ashamedly asking for any ideas which have worked for you.

Many thanks
Rachel

  1. Make it personal …
    Hi Rachel

Normally I would recommend getting the staff involved with the project name however if you feel that staff maybe becoming resistant to this due to it constantly being used … maybe another approch would be best.

Try and make the project name personal to your company and its culture and values. Sometimes its possible to use the company name/letters etc to come up the a project name.

If you would like any further assistance please feel free to drop me an email at [email protected].

    Wishing you every success.

    Neil

Well, either pull together a representative group and run a morning or afternoon creative session (offer food and wine!) or get your design team responsible for the communication around the project to think of something.
