I have been tasked with introducing a training quality process into a technical and research based environment.

Has anyone undertaken this type of task and if so could they give some ideas on the challenges they faced and how they addressed each challenge to ensure that value was demonstrated to both the individual and the business?

    Great idea – first get the organisation to answer the following questions with clarity and as much specific detail as possible:

    What do we want to be different about our training in future – from now?

    What are the effective indicators of quality training for this Org?

    What value will be generatd by this approach to training?

    What will be the cost of implementing and maintaining a training quality system?

    Is the quality system to be restricted to training or should the whole Org be included in a universal quality progamme?
