I am in the process of assessing the IT skills of our employees.
I am looking for questionnaires on Word and Excel that I can give to all employees that will show what level of IT training each individual requires.

The ECDL test papers are useful. Any other questionnaires/ quizzes recommended?

I have a couple of questionnaires I created a few years ago that might form the basis for amendment. One is for Managers and the other for Operators.
You can download these in the Administration/Management of Training sector of the Downloads page on http://www.trainerbase.co.uk You will need to be a member of the site to gain access.

Quiz
There is a company called quiz that does on-line skill testing. I would also recommend a company called skill check (again online).
