We are about to launch a publicity campaign claiming that ours is the only quotations search specifically designed for trainers, where quotations are grouped under training categories. Before we do so, I want to do all I can to make sure the claim is true. Does anyone know of any similar resource elsewhere?

You are most likely, in the event of a mistake in this area, to get a complaint through the ASA – visit their web site for the current regs and really helpful legal guidance.

Better to make more general statements to differenciate your business than unsupportable claims which will find adverse publicity and possible litigation.
