This is the first time that I will create a training module. I am in the Philippines and my possible client is in Singapore. I am being asked to submit a quotation for 8 training modules prior to them sending me the objectives, etc. I want to know the standard rate that I can quote and what are the things that I should ask from my client prior to accepting the project.

Is it one module eight times or eight modules once?
Where do they want them delivered? Their office/neutral/local/away?
How many delegates?
What are the objectives?
What is the current skill level of the delegates?
How is it all to be measured?
Who is going to pay for the materials/venue/expences UP FRONT?
When does it have to be delivered?
Cancellation/postponement rules?
I am sure there are more but these should be a decent start.
