Ratio of training staff to company employees
Sorry I cannot help directly with a link or anything but through dealing with corporate companies it can vary from 1 in 200 to about 1 in 500. It realy does depend on the company and their training requirements.
One in Four Hundred and Twelve?
According to a source quoted by College London (UCL) a survey carried out in around 2000/2001 revealed that the average ratio of training personnel to employees is 1:412
Does this estimate tally with other peoples experiences?
