Does anyone have any information or know of any websites which provide free scenarios for role plays? The topics are Coaching and Appraisals for Production staff, Contact Centre and Account Handlers.

I can let you have some that were created for facilitating community events and meetings with various charscters.You would have to tweak though

Role Play Scenarios
Hi Angela, we could have a long chat about the value of role plays and ways we’ve found to get to the outcomes even more quickly and elegantly. On the occassions we do use them, we always have the participants and/or their managers and/or the customers write them as part of the set up for the programme.
