Receptionist Training

I need to pull together some one to one training for a new school leaver receptionist. It is not hospitality related - she is a receptionist in a privately owned media and publications type business.

Any resources or signposts would be gratefully received :-). the training typically will focus on - Telephone Skills and etiquitte, Customer relations, call management, handling complaints etc.

Would be very grateful for any assistance - Thank You

NVQ

I would recommend contacting a local Training Provider or College and enroling the person on a Business Admin NVQ.

This will give you some information but if I were you I would just contact your nearest technical College.
