Interviewing Video
Richard,
I’ve used “More than a Gut Feeling” (from Video Arts/Melrose) many times on Behavioural/Structured/Competence-based interview training.
I find it makes a useful summary of the relevant points.

Have you tried the BBC Business Video Catalogue? There are usually some good ones in there.
