I have been asked to find an appropriate open programmefor an individual, preferably run in the South East/West . I am looking for recommendations for a one to two day management programme - which would cover appropriate skills for a new manager e.g. staff motivation, time management, communication etc. Whilst I do not mind suppliers contacting me I would prefer recommendations from purchasers.

You asked about a course aimed at new managers.
We run a two day course for new managers which provides the basics and gets great results. However, I guess from your posting you need to hear that from my clients rather than from me.
