Hello
Hope you can help. I will be delivering some recruitment interviewing training shortly. That is not a problem. However the client has asked for a brief coverage of telephone screening and skype interviews. Does anybody have some tips for these specific areas. I envisage developing a couple of slides worth of best practice tips and tactics to cover these areas.
