I have recently volunteered to research the feasibility of hosting a weekend residential conference in the Thames Valley Region (Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire etc)
Two questions
Any recommendation for good places, bearing in mind we are a charity and we might expect 100 delegates.
Anyone have a check list for organising such an event?

try venue finders
we use two venue finders,axis([email protected]) and ellis salsby([email protected]). We find that they take on the work leaving you time to get on with other matters. Mention me if you contact them.
