Summary
With the introduction of the One Button Checkup to this version, does combine many of this suites main features, however, problems were still encountered on testing and brought up the error message 'error writing to disk'.
A systems maintenance tool always operates best when installed right from the start and not just for when things go wrong. Cleansweep makes a note of changes made to the system configuration and logs the location of programme files. Therefore, if any changes are made here it simply is a case of reversing the original installation.
The utilities section does host a commendable collection of Norton tools that do help both the novice and expert with system maintenance, from monitoring of resources through to editing and backing up of the registry.
There are still a few amendments that need adding to this application and for existing users with previous editions, there may not be the need to upgrade, however, for those who do not use utilities, like anything, if disaster strikes and it gets you out of trouble, you then appreciate the money you have spent on such an application.
