Hello All,
I had always been told that as a trainer I was supposed to link training to ROI, and then I came across the above quote in Kirkpatrick's 2002 book claiming it was next to impossible.
Have you ever been able to turn round to a company and swear that improvements (or maybe lack of them!) were down to training?
Many thanks to those of you who have sent me evaluation forms for my dissertation, it's coming along slowly!
