Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has launched a programme for graduates.

The BMW-owned company plans to employ up to 15 graduates on the two-year programme, which will offer the recruits guidance from senior management mentors.

Potential career paths include manufacturing, engineering, facilities management, sales and marketing, corporate communications, finance and information technology. The programme includes cross-functional placements which could be based internationally.

The luxury car manufacturer also takes on about 40 university students each year for six-12 month placements.

Ian Robertson, chairman and chief executive, said: “We anticipate several hundred new jobs being created at the manufacturing plant over the next few years and our graduates will be ideally positioned to take advantage of this opportunity.”
