Ruth worked in various management and education roles for 18 years in the NHS before leaving to form Ruth Hadikin Associates Development and Training. Ruth has spent the last five years studying aspects of organisational culture within the health service. The result is her new book "The Bullying Culture" (ISBN 0 7506 5201 2) which is available from September. She provides workshops and teleconferences on topics related to organisational culture, team working and effective communication especially interpersonal skills. Recent topics included coaching, workplace bullying, presentation skills and writing for publication.
