sales conference

default-16x9

we need a high energy / fun exercise that is capable of producing some serious learning on the impact of different styles on sales behaviours. We have about 150 people and have about 2.5 hours in a 2 day event

I would be grateful for any ideas or exercises you may have used before

thanks and happy New Year

I ran a very energising event for a group of 60 – 80 recently. Many were artists or aligned to the arts. Basically, we ran mini masterclasses on specific aspects of social interaction – and then everyone went out to “mingle” cocktail-party style – and try out new (and often extremely – for them) different behaviours. In terms of personality styles, this might involve someone with a normally highly extraverted preference actually just having to stay in one place, and only interact when spoken to. For another it was to avoid getting “trapped” as a good listener to the party bore. For another it was to say exactly what they were thinking. The details of these “secret missions” were only known to the individual, an assigned “buddy”, and the master class facilitator. The “de-brief” afterwards – back in small groups – was very high energy, and continued on in the pub afterwards. Let me know if you want any more information.
