I would like to see if anyone has any sample documentation for a 'Learning contract' or similar.
I have someone who is considering a part time vocational course, which is expensive. We want to be able to ask for repayment should this person decide to leave within say 12 months. I would very much appreciate any models or templates I could use for this.

We use a ‘form of undertaking’here. Staff are asked to complete the form when following qualifications which are funded through the organisation. If they leave within 2 years of completing the qualification they undertake to pay the funding back. Contact me: [email protected]

I'm reactivating an old thread as I'm keen to see examples of Learning Contracts…
I appreciate that they are contradictory to a healthy leader-supported learning environment and culture and that they can also have a negative effect on motivation to learn.
An agreed focus in a 'contract' to Kirkpatrick Level 3 & 4 outcomes for both the business and the learner may well temper negative considerations.
Any examples and thoughts would be very much appreciated.
