As part of my degree I need to research what a good TNA is and what a good Training Proposal is. Has anyone got samples they are willing to share with me and any comments about how good they are when put into practice with companies.
Thanks

TNA
We have a free TNA document you can download from our website at http://www.trainerbubble.com (it’s in the free section).
A good TNA is absolutely crucial to establish the development needs of an organisation and the individuals within it. The best TNA’s take into account the goals and objectives of the organisation and then work with individual departments and the staff within them to identify development requirements based on these.
I think often TNA’s are neglected because they can be seen as quite onerous and can take up a lot of reqource. There is also a sense that because the process of TNA can take so long, often things have moved on before the actual training is implemented. However, without a proper TNA in place, most organisations are providing training on a hit and hope ideal.

TNA Proposal Examples
I am also a student who is aquiring my BS in Workforce Development. I have a template for writting a proposal, and I am finding there are multiple resources that provide wonderful templates. What I would like to review is an actual proposal that is complete. I would like to see an example of a good proposal so I can compare it to a template. So far, I have had no success in finding this easter egg. I have been to the library, book stores, and am currently sitting in Barnes & Noble because I thought I would find a book that has an example. Does anyone have an example, or no where I can find an example? Once again, not looking for a template, a template isn’t already filled out, I am looking for something that is already in complete form. Thanks.
