Seeking a portable projector

default-16x9

Hello!

I have recently moved from a job with fixed training rooms and equipment to a roaming job where I have to carry everything with me.
I need to get a small portable projector, and would really appreciate a recommendation. I gather that Dell do a great one for around £600, but if anyone can suggest something else for me to look at I'd really appreciate it.

Thank you!
Nikki

I’m not recommending a particular model but have a look on e-bay….you gets lots of different models at very reasonable prices!

Hi. I recommend the Benq MP620c which I use for training workshops. Portable, quiet and fairly lightweight – Dabs and Misco are good online stores in my experience. Previously I had a small Dell which was smaller but not as bright. PC Pro magazine provide useful free Labs reviews online.
    Best wishes

  3. Projector
I use a Sony VPL CX21. Obtained from Misco. Not sure if you can still get this model. It’s light-weight, self-levelling and focussing. Sony sometimes do offers to include digital camera.

  4. light weight projectors
Don’t just look at the price of the projector – look at the replacement lamp cost – some are as low as £80 – some as much as £330…. Some suppliers are now providing one spare with the projector – so factor this in too…

also invest in a high quality case – rigid is best, as you will want to protect this investment.
