Some time ago I completed a series of questionnaires which gave me an indication of my preferred conflict resolution style, the level of my assertiveness, and started to indicate how large my open, blind, hidden and unknown windows are.
I can't photocopy my questionnaires as they're copyrighted, but I also don't know where they originate from so i'm unable to purchase some new ones.
Does anyone recognise the above questionnaires? If you do, i'd very much appreciate some guidance on where to start looking!
