Hi there, I completed the SVQ Level 4 in Learning and Development last year and I used the 360° assessment tool, which you give to:
Your Line Manager,
A colleague of equal level, A subordinate colleague,
A customer.
Ask them to fill them out and return. You can then analyse the answers to see where you are going well and where you need to make improvements.
