1. Belongingness?

   I’m unclear what you mean by “ILT program” though would suggest when addressing issues around “ownership, belongingness etc”, you need to set a realistic outcome for any session.

   In a 1 day session, trying to achieve anything more than an understanding of what your organisation might like to achieve in this area, or what this might look like in practice, is aspirational.

   If your objective is to get the target group to develop greater responsibility towards the organisation or increase their sense of ownership and belonging, it isn’t something that’s likely to happen as a result of a 1 day event.

   This would be more about employee engagement and I would suggest you have a look at either David McLeod’s report on the subject or the one just published by CIPD, which will give you an indication of what’s involved.

   Bottom line for any event is be clear about what you want to achieve and be realistic about what you can achieve before doing anything.
