I currently deliver a training service within an NHS Trust which is about to be reconfigured.This means that part of our orgnisation will become a Truct in its own right.
I am looking for examples of service level agreements which would enable me to continue to provide a service to this new organisation. This would include both business and training standards.
Does anyone have such a document which you would be willing to share/
