Skills mapping at a corporate level

default-16x9

I have the pleasure of having to skill smap an entire otganisation of 2500 people, with all sorts of different skills/levels/qualifications etc.

Whilst I have seen and used many different examples of skills pmaps for local units/teams/sections etc, I have never seen one at an organisational level. It would need to be more trade specific I feel, rather than breaking down each job into its compnenet parts, but any advice or guidance (ie is there any software that could help) would be most welcome. Recommendations only please!

Beadware have a piece of software we recommend clients use for this purpose called Skills Manager.

We are currently talking to a large Government Agency about using this for skills analysis within SME’s of a given region.

Feel free to email if you would like further information.

    Good luck.
