Does anyone know of or have any literature on creating 'skills matrices'?

The best ones are tailored to your company needs.

First start with what the company need by way of skills. This would mean ether assessing the whole company or a whole department. When you know what skills the jobs need, you can then start creating your training/skills matrix.

It’s not as hard as people make out!
