We are looking to devise a skills matrix for a team of about sixteen trainers. The department provide training solutions primarily in the areas of IT and personal development and the trainers have a diverse range of different backgrounds and experience.
Our ultimate aim is to develop the team into a multi skilled operation and we would like to devise a fairly straightforward matrix of skills/knowledge?/behaviours? in order to benchmark progress.
Any suggestions or examples would be much appreciated.
