British distance learning college, SkillsTrain, has been named as the country’s top achieving college in recent exams.
The company, which has trained over six million students in over 60 years, fought off competition from other full time learning institutes and colleges, to achieve the top accolade in the International Association of Book-keepers computerised book keeping exams.
SkillsTrain Principal Myra Smallman said: "This is a really great honour for our students as it demonstrates how seriously they take their studies and how committed they are to our home study courses. It’s quite remarkable for SkillsTrain to have received this recognition when the college was up against so many full time courses and colleges".
