I work for a SME whose work force is diverse and very highly skilled. The industry sector they are in requires on -going training and profesional development at post graduate level. Senior management are keen to ensure that there is a facility to offer financial support for post graduate study, they are concerned, however, that it may be abused. I have been tasked with creating a policy for study support, and was wondering if there were any specific guidelines available for this area or any advice that could be offered in terms of benchmarking this policy?
