I've been asked to look for some software that can be used to assist with TNA's. What we're looking for is some kind of web based system that we can use to gauge how staff use Excel, Word etc. and possibly with the option of creating a test for bespoke software. What we're intending to do is send a link to a user and ask them how they would create say a table in Word for example - these results of what they did (steps taken to get to the end result) need to be recorded and stored somewhere so we can see if the user needs any assistance.

Has anyone come across anything like this and if so how easy to use was it - if you could send any links to websites I'd be really grateful.
