I've been given the role of devising and implementing a full induction process for new staff to work as childcare inspectors.
Whilst I'm on top of all the information pertinent to the job role I'd really appreciate some ideas relating to the basics of staff induction and the 'do's and don'ts' of devising and delivering such training.
