We are looking at reviewing and updating our existing in house staff training programme.
Currently staff are taken through an induction programme and thier skills are then developed further through monthly in house training sessions sent from head office.
We would like to hear how other retail businesses conduct continuous training for all levels of staff.

Hi Kay, I work with Wellbridge Fitness (chain of health clubs) on creating training for their staff. The staff using the online training ranges from janitorial to management, and they have had much success company-wide. If you like I can show you some of their curriculum and put you in contact with the people that put it headed up the project.
