Staff uniform survey

Staff uniforms can strengthen brand identity and professionalism, but implementing them requires understanding both employee and client perspectives. This guide explores survey best practices for gathering feedback on uniform policies before rolling them out organization-wide.

I have been asked to construct a survey to give to 200 staff and to our clients with regards to introducing a staff uniform for the organisation. I need to know if staff will think its a good thing and their views on it. Rather than reinventing the wheel, has anyone ever done one or knows of a good website that will give me some ideas for questions to ask?

Why not just ask people the question would a uniform be a good thing for the business and it’s people? – Then just count the yes/no/undecided votes and decide if you want to pursue the idea with a second questionnaire devoted to what it should be and how it should be implemented.

Though from a personal perspective I have to ask “what’s so wrong with what your staff are wearing that as a business you feel the need to dictate what they wear?”
