I have a stakeholder matrix
In the past I have got together a team of people from all sections of the business along with any relevant data or information we have.
We workshop (gemerally facilitator led)to fill in the boxes of the matrix and then the team takes the draft out to their workgroup for validation and feedback. We do a gap analysis then update strategies for the business plan from this.
I can email you a sample in Word of the matrix format with basic instructions and some sample data if you like (email carolr@wreckair.brambles.com.au).
