I am trying to find ‘industry standard’ statistics for the amount of time training staff spend on various activties.
For example, over the year, my staff spend XX% of time developing new materials, XX% of time teaching, XX% of time in learning new materials and so on.
I work for an IT compnay that writes software, with fast developing products so I am trying to see how my department compares to others!.
