I have recently joined a manufacturing / sales business as Training & Development Manager.  There is a challenging sales target that has to be achieved by 2020 and my perception is that eveyone is continuing as they have done for a number of years when the sales people need to think and act very differently and think more strategically about how they approach selling.  This is a new area for me so I have a limited network to call on.  Does anyone know of a good sales training organisation I could contact to discuss the needs?  Grateful for any ideas
