    My experience is that the need for polishing experienced sales people is a very consultative requirement that should be focussed on your teams specific issues, not a generic course. What industry are you in and when do you want to do this? If you would like to call for a discussion, you will get me on +65 9630 8617. I am currently 8 hrs ahead of you but that number will get me in the evenings. I will be happy to give some advice and share the approach we use.

    I agree with the previous comment that development of salespeople at this level needs to be a very personalised process. From my experience coaching works well in facilitating the individual to assess their skills in detail and to work on fine tuning their approach. It also offers a confidential environment in which to brush up on some of the more basic skills where these have never been ‘formally’ learnt.
