Structure for coaching in 10 minutes

Hi there,

I'm looking for the structured questions you might use in a 10 minute coaching session. I already know the 'instant payoff' model but I vaguely remember that there is another model that is specifically based around coaching in 10 minutes. Does anyone know it?
