We are hoping to deliver some training to our senior managers on the importance of and skills involved in succession planning. Has anyone delivered anything in this area or does anyone know of any useful resources, courses, programmes?

There is quite a lot of interest in this particular area at the moment.
I’ve got some simple graph documents that can tell you how to start. It really should be under-pinned with a competency framework.
