Hello everyone,

I've been tasked with looking at Succession Planning in our business (we currently don't have any)

Please could you help with any useful reference sites/material/resources/exercises etc..

    Our business world is so very dynamic these days that I feel, to some extent that ‘succession planning’ is almost outdated. I would lean more towards holistic devlopment, competency frameworks that facilitate transition from one function to another, and the mindset of developing people to fill shoes.
