I have a member of staff who needs a training course to help her to gain a better understanding of the role of the supervisor. It would also be helpful if the course dealt with planning, motivation and dealing with performance management issues. I would prefer the course to be in Glasgow but would be prepared to look at courses in the north of England (Leeds or Newcastle?).

Supervisory/Management Course
There is mixed group course starting on 20/9/01 in Wigan that seems to meet your needs.
The course will be a small group (no more than 6 people), so that each participant can discuss their real work needs and achieve asupervisory management qualification at the ssame time. If you are interested email a
