Has anyone ever carried out either or both, SWOT & Pestle Analysis for a training department?
I am trying to get some ideas together and would be very interested in seeing any examples that people may have.

Analysis Techniques

why is it that you want to use these tools? Is it part of a business planning exercise or similar? What kind of training does your department carry out?
