Talent Identification Model

I am looking for a simple, uncomplicated Talent Identification model/matrix which senior management can use to highlight high calibre individuals in their teams.

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated

    The key issue with Talent Identification models is often one of getting managers to behave objectively when using one. We’ve used a process of Evolution Planning which makes it easy for line managers to engage in Talent management on an objective basis.
