Team Building for employees with disabilities

default-16x9

I have been asked to put together a 2 day team build for a group of 10 who have in the group a blind/deaf person and a person who needs to use a walking frame. Does anyone have any suggestions for activties that would ensure that all of the team could take part? I have some ideas but anything else would be useful
Thanks
Anne Morton

Anne, You should contact Martin Thompson of MTa International up in Wetherby. Martin has experiential indoor equipment that you can use. All activities have full guides and participant briefs and many are done at a table, so mobility, deafness and blindness are not an issue. I use his kit for my work over here in Singapore and cannot speak too highly of it. Martin will be happy to give any reqired advice and guidance on selecting activities and structuring workshops. Also feel free to contact me for any suggestions if you cannot get Martin. I am 8 hrs ahead of you but +65 96308617 gets me most evenings. If you would like to speak to me first rather than talking straight to a supplier, feel free to call.
