Does anybody know of any reading material that helps focus on some of the issues that team may have in re-focusing after some members of the team have had to leave. Not just the normal change management stuff but something in a bit more detail.

    I am facing this challenge too. I have posted my question on Trainerbase (www.trainerbase.co.uk) and got an excellent suggestion from the forum there – which I feel may help you too? The book ‘who moved my cheese’ – relevant and I’m using it… It costs only £3.90 from Amazon. Let me know what you think?
