I'm developing a 5-day team skills training programme for a group of German delegates. They're not a real work team, but adults on a "Training for Work" type of course i.e. enhancing their interpersonal skills to increase their employability.
Does anyone have teambuilding activities that work well with the German work culture?

An idea …
I work for a company that has 3 sites in Germany. One of the my tasks is to develop their management teams. I have found that they enjoy competitive, yet very basic team builing exercises. Games that have simple construction themes (e.g. where two teams are competing to build the highest tower out of paper.) Let me know how you get on.
